




The client for this project was 'Probe', a well respected local social landlord. Probe (Hull) Limited is a 'not for profit' organisation that operates as a social enterprise who address issues relating to high unemployment and deprivation in local communities. The brief here was to redevelop a derelict public house into affordable flats for people in and around the Hessle Road area in Hull.
Ettridge Architecture wholeheartedly embraced Probe's brief, "High quality accommodation for everyone". The finished result is a very popular street scene 'repair', containing high quality affordable homes - large, light and airy spaces, coupled with low running costs.
